Price Guide 2010 - Formula BMW Pacific

(Version 1 – all inclusive)

The following price is inclusive of all costs what we consider to be of necessity in order to be a front runner in FBMW PACIFIC.
Please Note: ANY abuse of car or engine would increase this budget!

Euro 147,000 - which includes:

• All FBMW Registration, Passes, testing and track cost fees
• 1 totally legal and as per FBMW regulations prepared car
• 2 brand new engines for the season
• 1 new paint job in team or Junior colours
• 1 blue printed gearbox
• 6 private test days (4 at the Zhuhai track, 2 at Sepang), tires included
• All official FBMW test days (approx. 4), tires included
• 6 race weekends anticipated (see 2009 schedule) with 15 rounds
• All tires as per FBMW rules for race weekends
• All tires as per FBMW rules for official test days
• 3 sets of new tires for team test days
• 1 set of new rain tires for 2010 season
• Consumables – fuel, oil, brake pads, clutches
• Parts replacements of worn out parts
• Track hospitality (supported by BMW Hospitality tent - 3 Passes)
• 1 race mechanic (20 yrs experience - 5 year FBMW experience)
• 1 experienced helper
• Shipping costs and inland transportation of container
• Full time team engineering staff, data support and coaching

**Accident insurance with Euro 6,500 deductible and up to Euro 28,000.- pay-out. (In case of total loss the value of the car is Euro 40,000.00).

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
It is of outmost importance for all involved to adhere to this payment schedule:

Upon signing	35%
14 days prior to first official FBMW days	20% + Euro 6,500 Damage Deposit**
Thereafter 5 equal payments towards the amounts outstanding, 14 days prior to scheduled event(s).	9%

** Deposit will be returned in full after last race if all invoices have been paid and no insurance claims are outstanding.
